These Terms of Sale govern your use of nenas.store and any order placed with Nena's ("we," "us," "our"), whether online, by phone, by WhatsApp, or through a Nena's rep. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe our jewelry as accurately as possible, but colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screens, and the handmade/plated nature of the pieces. Stock levels change quickly; availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price that applies.

How Orders Work

Nena's does not process payments through this website. You can build a bag on nenas.store and use "Checkout via WhatsApp" to send your order to us, or order directly by phone, WhatsApp, or through your local Nena's rep. An order is not final until we confirm it with you directly.

Payment

We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and PayPal, arranged directly between you and Nena's by phone or WhatsApp. We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time, and no card or payment information is collected or stored on this website.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. See our Return & Refund Policy for the limited exception covering damaged or incorrect items.

Jewelry Care & Sensitivity

Our pieces are gold or silver plated, tarnish-proof, waterproof, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free by design. As with any jewelry, individual sensitivities vary — if you experience irritation, discontinue use and contact us. These descriptions are not a medical guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nena's is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
