We want you to love what you order. Because our pieces are small-batch and move quickly, here's exactly how returns and refunds work at Nena's.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Nena's — whether placed online, by phone, WhatsApp, or through a local rep — are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
How to Report an Issue
- Message us on WhatsApp or call 718-415-0551, or email hello@nena.store.
- Include clear photos of the item and, if applicable, its packaging.
- Reports made after 48 hours of receipt may not be eligible for resolution.
Normal Wear
Our jewelry is tarnish-proof, waterproof, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free by design, but no plated jewelry is indestructible. Reasonable care extends its life — rinse after swimming, avoid direct perfume contact, and store dry. Wear consistent with normal use is not considered a defect.
