Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. Because our pieces are small-batch and move quickly, here's exactly how returns and refunds work at Nena's.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Nena's — whether placed online, by phone, WhatsApp, or through a local rep — are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

Exception: damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the item, and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or a refund, at our discretion.

How to Report an Issue

Normal Wear

Our jewelry is tarnish-proof, waterproof, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free by design, but no plated jewelry is indestructible. Reasonable care extends its life — rinse after swimming, avoid direct perfume contact, and store dry. Wear consistent with normal use is not considered a defect.
