Nena's is based in NYC and primarily serves the NYC and NJ area, with shipping available to other cities across the US. Since every order is arranged by phone or WhatsApp rather than an automated checkout, delivery details are confirmed with you directly.
Ways to Get Your Order
- Local rep pickup or delivery: if you were connected to Nena's through a local rep, they can arrange pickup or delivery directly.
- Local pickup: arrange a pickup time and location with us via phone or WhatsApp.
- Shipping: we ship within the US. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed with you when your order is placed, based on destination.
Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We'll give you a specific timeline when we confirm your order — reach out by phone or WhatsApp any time for a status update.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos — see our Return & Refund Policy for how we resolve it.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
