Nena's ("we," "us," "our") operates nenas.store and our associated social channels. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or use the site, and how we use it. We're a small, phone/WhatsApp-first jewelry business based in NYC — we don't sell your data, and we collect as little as possible to run the business.
Information We Collect
- Bag & Favorites: items you add to your bag or favorites are stored only in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us unless you complete an order.
- Order & contact information: if you place an order or reach out by phone, WhatsApp, or email, we receive whatever you share with us directly — typically your name, phone number, delivery preference, and order details.
- Email sign-up: if you voluntarily sign up for offers (e.g. the SEEN10 promotion), we store the email address you provide.
How We Use Information
- To fulfill and communicate about your order.
- To respond to questions sent via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- To send occasional promotions or new-arrival updates, only to those who opt in.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Placing an order through our "Checkout via WhatsApp" button opens WhatsApp (operated by Meta), which has its own privacy practices. Our product catalog and any email sign-ups are stored with Supabase, our database provider, under industry-standard security practices.
Payments
We do not currently accept credit or debit card payments through this website, and no payment card information is collected, processed, or stored on nenas.store. Orders are settled directly between you and Nena's via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or PayPal, arranged by phone or WhatsApp.
Cookies & Local Storage
This site uses your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember your bag and favorites between visits. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser data.
Children's Privacy
Nena's is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your Choices
To unsubscribe from email offers, request access to, or ask us to delete, any information you've shared with us, contact us at hello@nena.store or 718-415-0551.
